Double Cone Blender

The Doris Double Cone Blender have been developed to ensure efficient performance for a wide range of application. The Deflector provided in the Blender results in homogenous blending regardless of particle size. The Blender ensures that there is no unmixed product. The Blender has low Energy consumption and has hygienic design with smooth Interior. The Blender is manufactured in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel as required.

Attritor

The Attritor is a high output, Fine Grinding machine. They are very economical and consume less power per liter of paint. It gives a fine homogeneous mixing. It has a water jacket to control grinding temperature. It has a rugged frame for continuous and efficient operations. It has low maintenance cost and is safe and user friendly. The machine has easy access for cleaning. The machine requires low H.P. rating and a small area. The Doris Attritor is value for money and is available in various sizes.

Jacketed Reaction Vessel – S.S – 304

The Vessel is fabricated in S. S 304 with shell thickness of 4 mm and top and bottom dish made of S. S. 304, Torispherical dished. The vessel is vertically upright. Provided with Anchor type agitation system and foam beater. Stuffing box has Teflon inserted gland packing. The shaft is supported with sealed flanged bearing mounted to the Gear Box at one end.

The Vessel has charging flanges. Sight glass port, Thermo – couple well, and outlet pipe at the bottom. The Vessel has flanged top cover and is clamped with nuts and bolts to the vessel. The Vessel is supported with 4 numbers legs mounting.

Planetary Mixer

Planetary Mixer is a rugged versatile mixer used for Mixing, Liquid with solids to produce the final product. Planetary Mixer consist of Beater shaft impeller. Two nos. planetary gear mixers with Wisk. Which rotate in cylindrical orbit. The Complete system can be lifted up so as to release from the mixing vessel. Vessels of different capacity denote their output. Power pack provided with electrical control.
